What you consent to when you register
- Identity & directory: your name, designation, department and company appear in your company's in-app directory so colleagues can assign tasks to you.
- OTP delivery: we send one-time codes to the email (and, when enabled, mobile number) you provide.
- Task participation: when someone adds you to a task, they and other members see your name and activity within that task.
- Notifications: the app may show reminders and alerts about tasks on your device until you disable them.
Important disclaimers
- Corp To Do is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee task completion, and is not liable for business losses arising from missed deadlines or miscommunication.
- Your employer/administrator may manage company-level records. Corp To Do is not responsible for content posted by users.
- The service must not be used for storing regulated data categories (e.g. medical records, card numbers) unless your organisation has verified compliance requirements itself.
